Irish Horse - Is it possible to find any information?

I have an irish horse as my own. And I wonder if it's possible to find any information about his earlier life, at Ireland.

He is a gelding, with a totally "unknown" passport. Basicly it's like this:

- Namne -
Year: 2002 (calculated by a swedish vet, his age were also unknown when he come!)
Colour: White
Birthland: Unknown
Breed: Unknown
Parents: Unknown
Breeder: Unknown

And this passport is made in Sweden by the association "Svenska Hästavelsförbundet", which make passport for "unknown (often imported) horses". I also think he got his current name in Sweden too, because the spelling of it is even worser than my English...:p

I have tried to search for him at an irish database (Capp Oir? Don't really remember the name), but I didn't found him. It was also the reason why I think he got his name in Sweden...

Basicly everything I know about him is that he is white (probably born as black), 162 cm high and look like an Irish Sport Horse.

But is there any hope to find more information about such a "unknown" horse like this? Is there any breeding association I can contact? Or is there more webb-registers I can search for him at?
 
Your only hope is a microchip if he has that, to search Capall Oir you need information like his father or mothers name, the same with any registry. I hope you're enjoying him and maybe he'll just have to remain a mystery;)

No, unfortunately he isn't microshipped :(

I have dubble-checked that, and his life number. Those number that actually exist are swedish, and what I can see, he hasn't any microship.
I know who has imported him to Sweden, and the history around that, but to me it don't seem either logical och correct. But maybe it's just me...
The history is that he came when he was "7" years old, 2009 (if we consider that the date 2002 is correct). He was born in the forest or something, he was a wild living horse. Before he come to Sweden, he (what I understand) had never have contact with humans before, just because of that he was wild. Of course, he has no name, no secured age and definitely no named/known parents.
I know that it at Ireland is a bit more "free" than for exemple Sweden, horses go out in fields and so. But I don't known that there was (are?) wild-horses there now?!
It is also therefore I think the story is a bit strange...

Du har för lite uppgifter att gå på.
Det kommer tusentals hästar ifrån Irland varje år, många är skimmlar.
Har du har några fler uppgifter t.ex vart i Irland han kom ifrån och vem som importerade honom och när? En del irländska hästar går på fribete tills det är dags att sälja dem. Var han kastrerad innan han kom till Sverige eller är han en hingst?
Microchip (inte microship), hästar födda efter 1 Juli 2009 måste ha mirochip (EU lag), alla hästar måste ha ett pass från 2005.
I fall hästen vart importerad i 2009 så måste den alltså ha haft ett pass med sig, vad har hänt med det passet? Det måste väl finnas några import papper. Pass efter 2009 har inte alltid en silhouette eftersom man istället har microchip i hästen att identifiera den med. Du kan be din veterinär "scanna" hästen för att se om det finns ett microchip insatt.

Vad jag vet hade han inget pass när han kom till Sverige. Inte heller något namn (eller i alla fall inte det namnet han har nu) samt oklarheter med åldern. Några irländska papper har jag öht aldrig sett röken av eller ens hört talas om att han ska ha haft. Kort och gott; inga uppgifter alls. Märkligt är bara förnamnet... Vet inte om han var kastrerad när han kom, får försöka ta reda på det.
Aha, så veterinärer kan kolla sånt? Får kanske be att någon dubbelkollar det om jag får vägarna förbi klinik någon gång!

Aja, verkar inte gå att PMa så struntar i det. Han heter Rivendale Old Keaper, vilket jag misstänker syftar på Sagan om Ringen och "Rivendell Old Keeper", men ja, någon råkade göra lite fel om vi säger så. Och det i kombination med att han inte går att hitta någonstans i irländska register + att i alla fall jag inte sett röken av några importpapper har gjort mig lite lätt misstänksam...
 
There really are no wild Irish horses but maybe that was just a nice way of saying the horse was neglected. With the mild weather it's no problem to live out all year here....your story sounds like something that can happen when maybe the owner dies or gets sick and the horses just live with no interference until somebody else comes along and sells them off to a Swedish dealer three years later. Those type of cases do happen.
