I wonder whether you knowledgeable lot can help....

I am looking to buy a 3/4 year old Connemara x TB.... unbroken. I have looked at all the usual avenues over here BUT was wondering whether people had any experiences of going over to Ireland to do the same?

Really, I was wondering what sort of prices this sort would go for in a sale over there?
I've been told that because everybody is doing this now that it would be more cost effective to buy over here.... do you think this is right?
If so, does anybody know anyone who deals in mainly this sort in England?

Thanks

It really does depend on the horse though , I know if you look at sales over in england of that sort it will more than likely be higher . Sometimes up to a 1k cheaper if not more , obviously its like any sales , You can get a good day and you can get a bad day ( hope for the bad day

Clifden show is coming up , they normally have a sale of connemaras on the day before the show or after the show, Im not 100% sure which it is .
