Irish Peeps - Where to get a saddle checked - refitted/stuffed

Sorry about title, not too sure what the exact terms are, have had my saddle for ages and am thinking I need to get it checked. Do any of you know anybody (pref. in south east) who comes out and checks your horses back and saddle to check if they are ok/ not causing problems?

I know Berneys are good at fitting/restuffing saddles and have shops in Enniscorthy and Kilcullen. I don't know if they'll come out though, when I was getting a saddle fitted for the pony I brought her down in the box and he fitted her in the trailer!! If you just want it checked that it fits then any good qualified instructor could check it for you or if you want his back checked out then I know of a few good chiropracters I can PM you.

I have the problem of not having a box, and to add further problems he's cold backed so needs to be well warmed up before saddle goes near him

Can you please send on the details of the chiropractors, its about time he got his seen to.

You could try George in Goodwins saddlery in Mulhudart - can PM you her mobile number if you want - she will try to sell you a new saddle though....but I have found her quite good...she has come out to me twice, once in Laois & once in Kildare

Not totally sure if they will reflock for you but you could always phone & ask
