irish pony stud register+change of ownership..how!

hello i have a friend who has a pony who is registered with the irish pony societ/irish pony stud register and are stuck as they cannot find out how to change the owner details....the address listed on the transfer certificates page does not exist anymore

, friend said she rung the BHS and they gave her sone phone numbers, but did not get any where... any help is muchly appreciated

as they have had this ponio for over a year!

is it worth contacting the Irish Sports Horse board? and see if they could put you in the right direction - they are easy to find and have always been very helpful and accomodating when I have needed to use them before.
