Is 8.5 feet enough for a forward facing box length? Help!!

Hi Guys,

Going to see a forward facing box, the total horse length including stall and in front of the breast bar is 8.5 feet.
Any ideas?

I would think 9ft would be ideal but it should be ok, think about a hering bone lorry is 8ft wide at best and you only need to angle the patitions for realy big horses...
