Is a bling stud on the side of the boot ok for WH?

I have a pair of long black riding boots and it has a small bling brand stud on the side of the boot.I'm starting working hunter classes soon and I just want to know if it's allowed.Does anyone know if the judges would mind?

I don't think it would actually be against the rules, although you are not allowed to wear jewellery. But it certainly won't win you any extra marks.

I would always try to keep things traditional for WH classes but if they are your only boots and you are doing local WH, probably not worth getting different boots.

A scrap of carefully placed black insulation tape may cover it ok? I dont mean a whacking great strip of it, just enough to cover the top of the stud
