15.2/15.3hh max.
7-10yo
Capable of doing a nice basic dressage test.
Able to jump a small SJ course.
Safe, sane and sensible (confidence giver for nervous rider to compete in RC)
Budget £3500
Not more than an hour from South Wales.

(Would prefer a gelding where possible and I adore coloureds!)
Go....

There is a poster on in Tack Room with one that might suit too:

WWYD if you were me? Sorry long!

Am rubbish at linking, sorry!

Here's a possibility, I think they have a few coloureds for sale as well but it may be further than you want to travel. http://www.myhorsenetwork.co.uk/city/16hh-9yrs-ish-piebald-gelding/ ETA.. Sorry, scrub that. I'm in a hurry and only just had a quick look at the video. However, it maybe the rider and an unsettled horse as he's very tense etc etc.

Short necked, up right shoulder, hollow backed, doesn't go forward correctly, hollow in its jump, stiff and looks very tricky to ride with a probability of poking you in the eye with its ears. Could be the rider admittedly.

Be positives choice, the coloured cob looks a nice stamp. If you come away from coloureds you will find plenty of ID types to meet your needs.

Was searching under your criteria and somehow (not sure how) came across this little gem -

Ok, maybe not exactly what your looking for but would certainly turn heads! ;)

ETA - just seen its sold, what a shame! Haha, I've been to the riding school it's been sold to though, fantastic place and lovely horses, may have to go and visit again soon!!

I can't quite make out but is he in a gag on the 3rd ring as well? Yikes!

Honestly, looks like it has the capacity to be a forward and high energy horse. I know photographs are moments in time and he might be lovely, but he looks like a lot of horse for someone wanting a confidence giver. Not really painting a nice relaxed picture which is what I would be looking for.

Not sure what type of horse you like, but seems a dependable sort and is quite cheap http://www.adhorse.co.uk/horseforsale_57686.html
1 year older than you specified but a nice looking mare (that's related to my girl lol!) http://www.adhorse.co.uk/horseforsale_57672.html
Lovely connemara gelding http://www.adhorse.co.uk/horseforsale_56788.html
Top end of budget http://www.preloved.co.uk/adverts/show/109593929/outstanding-allround-pony.html
A year younger but is currently ridden by a nervous rider and looks like a fun dependable pony http://www.preloved.co.uk/adverts/show/108557788/142-irish-sportshorse-pcrc-allrounderreduced.html
Think that's enough for now :p, must admit not entirely sure all of these are within an hour I'm not good a judging distances sorry!
