Is anyone else as sad as me?

I've been thinking about the yearling Welsh D's lately, sort of thinking hmm well its 2yrs now and can start thinking about breaking them in....

Then i think we'll probably just have baby boy to keep... and that i really hope he'll make 15.2hh...

Then i start making plans with what i want to do with him! Like, dressage, showing SJ.....

But then i think FOR GODS SAKE ITS 2 YEARS AWAY!!!!

and that i should be concentrating on Blue really until 2yrs time!

I will make an effort this weekend to take some photos of the babies as i don't think i have posted any for AGES!!!

I dream too, but I am definitely keeping my one and only beautiful ID foal! It is a long time until she is 3 and a half, but I am sure it will go very quickly.

I go for dreaming everytime. Every time I try a horse I plan its upbringing and comp names before I have seen it and then reality hits I walk around a corner and think Oh.

Time flies - seems like yesterday I bought home a fluffy 16 month baby who is fast turning into a strapping 4 year old and hacking out and doing shows.

With Cairo gone, there is the propsect of a young clydesdale, and in a way I would love to so Andy could have all the enjoyment I have had with Chancer. Realistically I think we will get something more mature as one youngster is enough at the moment.

Either way, he is never going to go anywhere.. He's may boy at the end of it

I dream, too. I want to get a youngster to put on our land as by the time G hits retirment, it will be ready to back

We have also considered getting a mare with a foal at foot, for the same reason.

Realistically, though, I am 25 in October and I'm now confident enough and, I feel knowledgeable enough, to want to take my riding further than George allows me to. So I dream about that, too. First step, weight loss though

See although in my case it is a dream, it is a realistic dream!

I think i will be able to do it all!

And yes time flies, it does not seem like over a year ago they were born!!!
