Photos on adverts that have clearly all been taken on the same day?!! :(
I mean, I'm not expecting a full portfolio of achievements at every discipline, but come on, surely if you want to market your horse, you can make a bit more of an effort!!! :)
Rant over! ;)

No, if the photo's show a well conditioned, fit horse, I'm not bothered when looking at the ad. I don't particularly want to see what it was doing a last season with its owner before last. Up to date photo's are best, even if all from the same day/event.

Maybe it's just me being paranoid then! ;) I guess I find it's reassuring that a horse has a bit of history with it's current owner & hasn't just been bought & sold on!

doesnt bother me at all.

prefer seeing something up to date and gotten ready for pictures rather than a collection of old ones from in the field/down the yard, at a show 3 years ago etc

No, I wouldn't expect a portfolio on an advert - just good, clear pictures of side on shots and perhaps and action shot ie schooling flat and jumping, depending on what discipline I was interested in.

Obviously if it is a high performance animal then I might like to see more pictures sent to me via email but sometimes additional pictures cost money in adverts.

Slightly off topic but I have to admit that spelling mistakes put me off . Particularly if they are horsey words i.e. if they can't spell bridle.

Just spotted a spelling mistake on ad on the right hand side of my screen 'rythemical'.

No, it doesn't bother me at all. I would rather see photo's of what the horse looks like now, than what it looked like in a competition 2 years ago.

What does put me off is badly taken photo's which don't show the horse off properly.
