Hi guys
just been wondering what to do with my life really once I stop travelling and fannying around and I thought I might look into becoming an EDT. I know there are a few of you on here so could you tell me if you'd recommend it as a career, what you have to go through to qualify, pro's and con's of the job and whether you can realistically make a good living out of it!? Thanks guys :)

I'm not one so can't give much advice but my dentist makes a pretty good living from it, but he says his back is knackered from doing the job, so guess you have to make your money early on as you may want to retire early if becomes physically too demanding.

not bad hours though - he starts at 10.30 and finishes around 4pm on a full day, has done 11 horses at £45 a go so not too bad.

Also think he mentioned equipment can be really expensive too....

Sorry that hasn't been much help!
