Is gracelands still for sale??

i was just wondering if anyone knew if gracelands is still for sale?????

or for that fact - any other equestrian property in berks or surrey ???

Gracelands is nowhere near berks or surrey it is in worcestershire

But yes, it is still for sale, saw it in H&H last week I think. But as DD says, its in Worcestershire (unless the flooding means it has floated away?

As far as I know it is still for sale - been for sale for blooming ages, which prob means the general consensus is that it is grossly overpriced! My brother wants me to buy it and turn it into a really decent centre, but what with Weston Lawns and, to a lesser extent, Solihull on the doorstep, oh and with Bromyard being revamped, something VERY special needs to be done there and that costs a lot of money - shame.
