I have seen my dream horse but a couple of people have said not to buy him as I will soon grow out of him.

He is 14.3, an arab x gelding. I am 13 years old 5' 6" and weigh 7 stone.

Thanks guys

Thanks everyone. Panic over, I got the yard to check (as they are advertising him as 15 whilst his passport says 14.3) Turns out he is 15 now, well he should have grown in his 13 years lol, so not too small at all. Even though my instructor and a few others still think I should go bigger! Hey, what do they know eh? Would have got him anyway after all your reassuring posts! Can't wait to get him now.

OMG! I'm getting him on Sunday! How excited am I? I would love to share a photo but it's saying I'm not allowed...

Good luck with him I'm sure you will have lots of fun together. Don't get too worried by the height issue, my daughter is 13 and 5ft 7 our connie is 14.3 and have been told many times she will outgrow him. I don't think she will grow much more now but even if she does we are keeping him anyway, so don't worry too much he sounds ideal for you.
