Is it just me or......

are there no rug bargains to be had anywhere . This is what i need so if anyone can help i would appreciate it - i've tried ebay, rideaway, robinson equestrian clearance etc
I would prefer Weatherbeeta, Masta, Rhino, Rambo in 6'3" and i currently need

Lightweight stable
full neck under rug
Medium weight turnout
Heavyweight turnout - full neck

or perhaps its the size - is 6'3" the most popluar coz it certainly seems that way!!!!!

Have you tried Premier Equine rugs - everyone raves about them - everything I have bought from them has been really good.

I second that - they have a very good sale on at the moment.

Maybe its just me but i can't find anything on Equestrian Clearance in 6'3"!!!!

Premier Equine - will give them a go - haven't had anything from them in the past but will see if anyone at the yard has tonight and then spend tomorrow looking at the website (whilst working of course

Right am going to double check budget - write a wish list of all the things my horsey needs (i only got her in January and she already needs a new saddle!!) and then leave it strategically placed where oh can read it (and possibly pass to his mum who has riding school/liveries!!!)

Yep tried ebay - can't find any specific makes that i want ie weatherbeeta etc.

I'm def going to make a list and leave it for OH!!!!!

Where abouts are you? There's a place near me that does a lot of second hand stuff some is rubbish but some fantastic. A girl at my yard just traded in some 6.3 rugs as she sold her horse and new owners didn't need the rugs,, they are all good quality rugs. She swapped them for a new bridle and headcollar for her new horse. Worth looking for somewhere like that if you want cheap!

Too far - i'm in Guernsey

It looks like it is down at the mo, but call them, say what you want and they will do you some excellent prices.

I wouldn't bother with Derby House. They can be pricey and often sell stuff they don't have in stock. There have been loads of threads recently about them.
