Is it OK for advertise for a rider on here

I know you can't sell or advertise as such but what if you are putting the feelers out for a rider? No money involved other than competition expenses covered etc.
 
Southern Hampshire.

I'm maybe looking for someone to ride my horse at least 3 times a week and compete at County level up to International in ridden Showing. With a bit of dressage and maybe the odd fun ride type thing. No jumping.
May involve overnight stays at the bigger shows.

Its a toss up between competing him from home or sending him to a professional again.

Its competing against the pro's so I need the right kind of rider.

16hh well mannered gelding

1st at Wales and West
1st at South East Region
3rd Midland
4th Nationals
 
Who, ideally, would you have ride him. Given that he's a successful chap I would have thought you might get one of the pros to do him and just meet you at shows? We used to do that a long time ago with a section D.

I'd love to but 1) I live miles away, 2) I'm not really good enough, 3) I'm not a 'name' so would be no help :(

Shame as I'd love to get my mitts on your chap. Good luck :)

Yes I could get someone to cold show him but I still need someone to ride him at home. Hedgewitch is going to hack him out for me but he'll need to be ridden more than she has the time for.

V, I know what a dilemna you've been having over this:(, I really hope that you manage to resolve it and look forward to seeing Dennis out this season.
