... I'm not sure. I've been debating regarding swapping to a western or stock saddle for a while, for 2 reasons. a) to give myself some more security (bluntly, if I fall off, I WILL do alot of damage, old injury) I am not as secure as I once was, having ridden western before, I know this will greatly help (plus give me the encouragement to ride more often than I do (think excuses and mild ringbone!!) 2 - because of some of the above, and other more normal reasons (hell, I like food ;-0 ) I want to make P the most comfortable I can. A western or stock will spread my weight over a larger area, better for him I think. So. Does anyone know if there is a market for a very very well looked after (possible 18 inch, need to check) english saddle used on a very very wide cob? I really love it, but I need to do something to get my ass into gear!!! (no comment emmaandandy - mind you, you can confirm how wide he is!)
