Six Easter meetings have now been cancelled: Kimblewick at Kimble, Monmouthshire at Llanvapley, North Staffordshire at Sandon, Woodland Pytchley at Dingley, North Shropshire at Eyton-on-Severn and High Peak at Flagg Moor.

The Kimblewick, Monmouthshire, South Shropshire and High Peak will not be rearranged. The Woodland Pytchley and North Staffordshire are looking for a new date.

This is from Wetherbys own Pointing site.

I'll join you in the black despair, the last meet of the season was cancelled on Saturday was cancelled due to the weather, so I'm very fed up as feel I havnt actually finished the season, yet the weather makes it feel we are halfway through! Hard to believe that last year after the hunting season finished by horse was out in te field without a rug on during the day, clearly that is not happening yet this year!! :((

And Kimble must be your biggest fundraiser of the season, it is so much a part of everyone's Easter even if they never see a horse!

I don't usually let the weather get to me but it really is at the moment, I decided to lamb our few ewes later this year as last year it was -14 in feb as I helped one deliver triplets and vowed never again... We start tonight....
