Is my dream horse out there?

I've being looking for a ride for a while. Possibly a loan/share or just something to compete and hack out on.

Where I am (yorkshire dales) there is literally nobody!
So it is becoming increasingly difficult to get a horse I can build a bond with and ride etc..

I've advertised online and I may start advertising in the paper but does anyone have any other ideas?

Yes, in a word, advertise in local feed stores, contact your local farrier/dentist, go round local RS's they often have horses for sale, try vet's.
Put an ad in your local Ad trader.
If you are determined, your horse is out there waiting

Any local facebook groups? I quite often see horses for loan/share/sale on my local ones, and I'm pretty rural too! You just need to be proactive about it, I'm sure your perfect match is out there somewhere

ETA asking at local pony/riding clubs can work too!
