Is Scope at Oswestry permanently?

I'm out of touch, don't really go to this stuff any more but I thought it was well established at Stafford? My sister told me today, she has friends in the area who were overwhelmed by the number of horses visiting the area!

It seems a daft move from Stafford which was an ideal location for such a big festival, as regards to the showground being so close to the M6 etc. Of course it's all got to do with money rather than amenities I'm guessing.

I think Stafford Show ground didn't want it there any longer
