Is she in foal?

In foal wouldn't be my first thought, I'd be thinking worms first.

She looks very young to me.

Tapeworms and encysted redworm do NOT show on worm counts. She could also have had a "false negative" worm count where she could have had a belly full of juvenile non egg laying worms, she does look poor (she's not thin) but she has no real condition on her and her coat is stark. What did you worm her with and when? I would get vet out to do a pregnancy test and a tapeworm blood test. I would put my money on a worm infestation.

was she poor when you got her and has she had ad lib hay and haylage since? Some youngsters get a bit of a hay gut on them. Other obvious is worms which you are already getting sorted out.
I hope she isnt in foal.

Yes she was skin and bone and has had adlib haylage so hopefully your correct, will hopefully find out tomorrow off the vet blood results

Blood test! We lost a youngster to redworm in traumatic circumstances, despite diligent worming, only a few months after we got her. In appearance she looked such a strong, healthy little filly when she arrived......had no idea just how bad things were inside until it was too late......well actually things were too far gone BEFORE we bought her :( Don't wish to alarm you but please don't overlook the possibility she may actaully have a big worm burden even though you've wormed her........ good luck!

Oh sorry just seen you've had bloods taken - good call! Fingers crossed for you :D

My mare had a phantom pregnancy years ago. Belly swelled up, she got funny about being touched and her udder filled up with milk. We got the vet and she wasn't pregnant - there was another mare on the yard about to drop - maybe a reaction to the hormones? She kept making milk for a couple of years after, it was really weird but never did her any harm.
I hope yours is ok op and not pregnant.
