Is someone experienced with fore limb structure able to take a look at some X-rays via pm?

I am looking at a set of xrays, and the information that the owner has received from the vet.

I can’t quite get the information provided to add up to what I’m seeing. I wondered if anyone would give me a view as to whether you’d get a second set done from a different vet, or whether it’s just me?

Absolutely in no way a diagnosis but a sense check on my thought process from here.

I have popped them over to her but thought there might be someone here who has looked at a lot of knee and fetlock xrays. I feel like I’m not able to see what I need to see from them and I want to know if it’s just me being dense.
