We haven't started feeding yet as we've still got a lot of grass we're strip grazing and haven't been to buy as Horsehage as we have 2 bags left over from last winter but I'm worried that the prices are going to go up as normal haylege and hay starts to run out.....should I go out and stock up now? Anyone know what kind of price it is ATM.

Hay and haylage near me has not gone up. Still £2.50 on average for hay and £6.50 for haylege.
I do think it pays to shop around.
I have a secret old farmer i buy from where i get a very good deal. There are still some outhere if you look hard

We only feed horsehage now after mould and weed problems with hay and haylege.
Sounds like you have a good thing going with your 'secret farmer'

Horsehage is about £6.20 a bag around here. Fed some while I was waiting for the big bales to be delivered... a 16.1hh got through 4 bales in a week!!!!!!

(in a night), I don't know how anyone affords to feed it!

when my mare was ill i was paying 4.80 a bale for haylage and i pay 2.50 a bale for hay some people around here are shoting up but luckierly for atm my feed, hay and bedding are pretty much the same.

My local supplier has quoted me £6.50 a bale and that is on bulk!

Luckily I have managed to find a superb larger bale alternative so have saved 50% on my forage bill this year!

I used to use about 5 bales a week per horse!
