say, tbx but fine boned, 14.2-15hh produced to riding club/ponyclub level, but with potential to either low level event or sj. Very nice friendly horse, easy to do & nice looking. Around 5 or 6 years old, but seen a fair bit of life.

If so, for how much? Just pondering really.... Perhaps with ulterior motives in mind......

Victoria sponge for all!

My friend is looking for a smaller type horse and because she is a petite build would prefer a TB type. I have noticed that they do not seem to fetch much, two advertised recently in Staffs area for about £450 each but personally I would have thought they do have a place in the market place for smaller adults or children to big for ponies.

Definitley. He sounds very similar to my Andy and people would bite my hand off to buy him. If they're a nice animal than you shouldn't have a problem selling. :)

If you could get him. her down to 148 I think you'd sell even easier as there's always a market for these ponies.

Although I prefer TB's to be 15.2hh - 16.1hh if I only weighed 8 1/2 stone I would be very happy to ride smaller ones.

If you want a horse that likes variety, and can do a multitude of disciplines and learn quickly I would recommend a TB every time!
