Is there anywhere i can swap my saddle?

I have recently bought a 17.5 inch wintec 500 for my mare and its a bit too long for her, think i need a 16 or 16.5.
Does anyone no of anywhere that will swap it?

Ive never heard of catlips where abouts are they? Do they have a website?
