i think he is a stunning horse, with lovely movement on the ground, but when he jumps he throws his head in the air and arches his back quite notably, which I don't understand........

I was thinking maybe its that he can get over the jumps that high but isnt necessarily comfortable doing so... or that there is something wrong with his back perhaps?
or do other peoples horses jump like that, and I have just never seen it before?

Good morning btw!

think hes a lovely horse. what a cracking trot!!! i think his jumpings very good. i wouldnt be too worried about it as he looks comfortable and is willing to jump them. some horses just have slightly different styles. he does it on landing so it may just be a balance thing as he is still quite young. i really like him!

Look fairly normal to me. I can see what you mean but I think most horses do jump like this, he is just raising his head to get his balance back before landing. The rider does jab him in the mouth after one jump which makes him uncomfortable but in general I think he looks nice.

His trot is fabulous, like elastic, elevated, everything!
