Is there such a thing as adult pony club?

Just wondering?

Or can I go to a yard for intensive tuition for (say) a week?

If so how would I pick somewhere and how much would something like that cost? Or would it be better to just get instructors to come to me every day for a week?

Haven't you got a local riding club?
Look at places like Stockland Lovell website, they do horse camps which sound just what you want.

horsecamp do a number of 'camps' - lots at SOmeford and Tracey Newmans place in Bolton but also some others - one in yorks I think. They have a website.

The camps are very good fun but (for me) if you are wanting intensive training I would go to someone specific. Nigel Taylor is a way to travel but I found my few days there inspirational! His facilities are awesome. He and his wife offer traing riders.

i'm also really interested in these types of camps! I'm waiting to bring my girlie back into work and wean baby then i'm def off to one!!
