That would take a 16hh? I'm looking into buying one for Oscar but I want something that won't be affected by the LEZ in 2010. Any ideas?

I've never heard of one but if you have a petrol engined lorry it won't be affected, or if you have enough pennies get one that is '02 or younger.

Yes, mine is a diesel LDV, carries Goddy who is about 16.2hh and weighs 3.1ton with him, me and all his tack/water etc on board.

But surely it's still a 3.5 ton, as in that's the maximum laden weight? And the LEZ will affect vehicles over 1.205 tonns anyway.

Yes it is a 3.5ton, but the OP asked if it is possible to have a lorry weighing less than this. Sorry, should have made it clearer, ANY 3.5t lorries are technically under 3.5ton in weight as 3.5t is the MAXIMUM weight
