Or rephrase that a labrador x springer aka Teal proof bin?????

Going bin shopping this evening, fed up of seeing my bin contents on the kitchen floor. *rolls eyes*

Have got, matalan, tesco, aldi, homesense, argos, homebase, bnq near by. I dont really want to have to put the bin in the larder but I am heading that way lol.

We are lucky that B is so small but my mum has had to scrap the idea of bins and now has a bin liner in the middle of the kitchen counter! Needless to say it is moved for company!

I have a labby and we have a normal bin with a flat lid and then have something very heavy on top (usually a stack of magazines) and it normally stops her scattering the kitchen rubbish.

I have found one ! made by a company called SIMPLE HUMAN it is a 40 litre black slim oblong bin with a slideing lock on the lid. cost me £19.95 it has managed to fool a clever lab and a not so clever weimeramer, the greyhound hasnt even found it yet ! The lab was so clever she could open a pedal bin easily but never has been able to do this one.

Lml, Im glad Im not the only one with a bin bag on my worktop!! When Im not physically in the kitchen it goes in the downstairs loo. The IWS can reach it from off of the worktop and Ive not had a springer yet that failed to find it hidden in a cupboard and work out how to open said cupboard door :)

Old fashioned metal bin with lid from B+Q. I use it for feed for the horse cos of the rats. Even if the dog tips it over (brick/breezeblock in base under plastic liner/bag ;)), the lid probably won't come off.

I got a plastic one. Tails and metal bins would give me a headache ! Felt silly for buying it for the kitchin but Teal is a clever boy, he can open doors :D hopefully bin contents will stay in bin
