Is this a buttercup rash?

Horsey has a strange thing on his hind legs; I thought it could have been a cluster of fly bites but it does appear more rash like - what is buttercup rash?

He only has it on one leg and he is in a field with lots of buttercups.

sorry but a photo of it would be more helpfull, my loan horse had buttercup poisoning, silly bugger ate them, and he had sore like blisters on his muzzle and was quite lethargic for a few days.

Are the lumps quite big or small?

My pony has four 10pence sized lumps on his belly, there are buttercups in his field but I think these are fly bites, becuase they are hard and not all together in a rash, they are spaced out, but he doesn't seem bothered by them

Very small, and scabby, will take a photo when up at yard later
