Is this bit dressage legal?

I think because it has 2 different metals it isn't, but may be wrong.

I'm pretty sure it isn't, a mixture of metals is allowed now but I don't think that mouthpiece is.

No its not. I have one which I use for jumping. On the flat and for dressage we use a NS Tranz lozenge loosering, doesn't have the same 'sit up and listen' properties but is a useful bit
