I have found that I can do sitting trot by moving each side of my pelvis? up and down in time to the trot without taking them off the saddle. Everything else (except my boobs

) stays still but is it cheating? I want to carry on doing some dressage and don't want to get into bad habits even if it is very easy!

your supposed to move your hips/pelvis to the rythmn of your horse, it helps you sit deep and not bounce around on top. so no, not cheating, very correct

If your big up top like me, invest in a Panache sports bra. They do one that is absolutely solid, and keeps even the biggest of chests very still. I use mine for riding and running and I get no bounce at all!! Its amazing.

I have bought the meanest most industrial high impact, no nonsense sports bra from M&S. I will notch up the shoulder straps a bit more next time I wear it.

Tia - I seriously did spend about 30 seconds thinking wouldn't it be great to get rid of these altogether! I don't think OH would like it though - and I worry that he would want me to sell the horses!

Well my husband wasn't so keen either....however the minute they were done he loved them. Almost 3 years on and he still adores them LOL!!

Oh yes. I became so fed up with those great bazoonka's hanging around with me everywhere

. Had them chopped off from 32 E/F down to 32 B/C - I love 'em.....and I can now ride bra-less too. They just sit there like some little 16 year olds boobies.

I would LOVE to have my made smaller. I was always quite happy with them when they were a bit smaller but quite frankly they get in the way now. The only thing is if I had them smaller I would look even more rectangle shape with absolutely no waist
