I don't think so, based purely on the fact in the images, the horses are all being ridden/loose schooled in different arenas.
 
i know i thought it looked bit weird as well. also do some of them even look like andalusians? prices are quite high as well for some.
 
My guess is that the seller can't (or won't) convert metres & centimetres to hands. If you read the body of the ad, you will see that the horses' heights are given in metres.
 
Look like some of the pics are of horses in Spain. I would say those ones are all for sale in Andalucia (so they're Andalusian!!) Some of them look PRE, others just look like pretty standard horses. Perhaps the advertiser is just bulk advertising horses that are available but not in their possession?
