Usually in part bred classes it says what they want the pony to be part bred from eg part bred Welsh or part bred Arab. If you find a part thoroughbred class you could enter that or enter riding pony classes.

I guess you mean part bred arab and want to get the pony overstamped as a PBA by the Arab Horse Society?

The sire is 17.87% arab and the dam is 14.65% arab. IIRC, you need 12.5% arab blood to count as a PBA but I would contact the Arab Horse Society to check the rule and how to go about overstamping in case I'm wrong.

Yes I was thinking it could be part bred Arab but I wasn’t sure, I’m not that knowledgeable with regards to breeding. Thank you for your reply!

I would guess your pony is eligible for part bred classes since both sire and dam were PBA.
I'm another who would love to see a pic, I had a pony years ago who was by Ninfield Midnight Mink.
