Is this Stifle Lameness?

My cob was diagnosed with 5.10 lameness in the right hock last year and 4.10 in the left. He had three steroid injections direct into the hocks ending with an infusion of Tildren last year.

He has been sound up until now and has gone chronically lame with a strange wobbly gate. He has had four sachets of bute over the last three days!

If anyone gets a chance to look at this you tube link, would appreciate your thoughts!

there are some similarities with stifle lameness but tbh, IME he looks like a horse I once knew with very sore hocks. were they x-rayed? did they do a full lameness work up?

i dont think you can say from the video where his lameness is coming from but he is certainly very sore. I'd suspect it was his hocks again given the history but think you would be wanting a vet to check him asap.

Initially I thought that, three weeks ago he was sound. Then sunday this.

When he was unsound with hocks before he had swelling and heat, none of which is present.

Vet coming though so we wait to see.
