Is Tweseldown open for schooling?

As per title really. What ground conditions can I expect there now? If not can you think of anywhere else within 1hr/ 1hr 30 of hertfordshire that is open with good ground?

Yep, Tweseldown is open for schooling as going there on Saturday with the girl's from the Forum

Friend also went there today, and the ground is o.k in most places..
