All for £100 a month on the edge of the home counties :D

Hmmm - well on own land - paid about £3k for just over 4 acres many many years ago (somewhere around the 25 yrs ago mark) - cut hay off it every year, can put as many electric fences / jumps out, carve the field up if I like with no one to complain. Lovely hay barn, with smaller hay store next to the stables. Custom built tack room / feed room / rug room, 4 stables, running water, electric, gates and doors secure, good hedges.

Oh and the best bit - the stables are about 5m away from my bedroom window, and at the moment my gorgeous girl is munching grass right outside my bedroom window. I love being able to see her from my bed :)

Your yard sounds great - but TBH I wouldn't give up having my horses at home for all the tea in china :)

sounds great - unfortunatly you cant change the people on yards though :D
LOL! much prefer smaller yard (less liveries) although you most certainly are getting alot for your money :)

Agree with colours, much prefer a smaller yard, big yards, try as you might always seem to throw up problems on a regular basis, mabe its because there are so many liveries there that it can feel like that im not sure, but big isnt always better :)
