Horse magazine are looking for potential cover stars - if you think you and your horse have what it takes to model for us, please send a clear photo of you both, preferably of you riding, to kathy_carter@ipcmedia.com, or post a print to Kathy Carter, Room 2914, Kings Reach Tower, Stamford St, London SE1 9LS. Ideally, we are looking for people in the south east.
Many thanks!

Yes or force them to make the rules fairer if they are going to offer it on an open forum!!

Why not just advertise in local mags etc instead of upsetting everyone who isnt in the South East!!

Now theres an idea!!

Im sure we had this before, something to do with an assesment (for diet i think) but your horse had to be affiliated!!

Wierd!

*MB toddles off to sulk* You coming nat?

Can I join in the general sulking - unless Manchester counts as South East?
You'd think the photographers would appreciate a 'jolly' round the country photographing the northern contingent.

Hi
Thanks to everyone who has sent in their pics; just to clarify, cover photography is a real specialism, and we don't have the photographers 'up north' at the moment. However, we are constantly looking for good photographers in this area, and plan to arrange some shoots next year.
The post said 'ideally in the south east' as this is our preference on this occasion.
Kind regards

Well now that you mention it... the photographer who took those for us, is a professional, and is also one of the official photographers for Middlesbrough FC... his photos appear all over the world, so if you wanted his details....

He took some crackers of us and the nags at the start and end of our ride.

We did try to get the horse mags interested when we did the ride - coast to coast - last year but no joy...

And re: the shoes *blushes* ahem, no, that was back in the days of the ex-farrier. Have a much better one now and no more collapsed heels!!!
