ok you lot, i need your advice i bought one of the above saddles, as i was advised that it was a good buy due to the fact that the gulllet can be changed as horse changes shape....all well and good. i have ridden in it twice since it was professionally fitted to my horse (its flock filling not cair). anyway i love the saddle, but it just does not sit properly behind. and tends to move about a bit. so, what i need to know is...how much would be likely to get back if i sold this saddle second hand. its a synthetic isabelle worth dressage, 17 1/2 inch (used twice). i paid £600, but im aware that they might not re-sale very well. i fear i may lose quite a lot of money...x

I bought a good condition double grained leather version of this about 4 weeks ago - I paid £600 for it, so yes, I fear you may lose some money as yours is synthetic. If the saddle has been professionally fitted have you not asked the saddler to come back out, surely if it moves it is not fit for purpose? Just a thought.

thanks, unfortunately i didnt buy the saddle from the saddler. i bought from an on line shop. it is still in as new condition, as it is in fact still new. the saddler i had out to fit it has said that it will never fit my horse properly due to her shape. i love the saddle though..x

I payed £350 for a virtually brand new (but classed as 2nd hand) version a few months ago .
