It’s been a while - best midge repellent for horses?

So after a bit of a horse-free gap, I’m now sharing a gorgeous Welsh Section D who is kept on grass livery. I went up to do daily checks today and she was being persecuted by midges (due to the weather) so I’ve promised her owner I’d get some midge/fly repellent for her.

What is the best stuff nowadays? I used to use Leovet Power Phaser, is that still a thing?
