IT CAME!!! But where do i start?

that book everyones been telling me to get has came but where do i start? do i start from the begin and work my way though even tho thats going to take a very long time with 101 things in it or do i just look thought it or find an excise that we could work on?

It's a brilliant book! I read the intro and then flicked through the rest. The flatwork one in the same series is also absolutly brilliant. The most useful books I own I think!
