I'm fine now, very sore shoulder but I have had a warm bath and am feeling less dread about a full day at work tomorrow. Mucking out lots of messy livery horses in the bracing winter air should make is tonnes better

At the very last jump of an arena XC course I had the same thing happen to me. She completely slammed on all four breaks about two strides out, and I flew!
