Itchy Tail and Quarters (also in NL)

My ISH keeps itching the top of his tail and sometimes his quarters. He only seems to do it in the stable. He also doesn't rub it sore but just makes the hair stand up in all directions. I've tried using Leovet No Rub but tbh that doesn't seem to be doing a great deal for it

Hi, nope I haven't had him tested for Pinworms. I did wonder if it could poss be that though but then thought surely not :/ lol
So I can only get this confirmed by a vet is that right?
