hello again everyone!
sorry, i havent been on in ages, ive been so busy with everything, new school, new horse etc...
Anyway Queen Etheburgas is amazing and over the 7 week period we've been here, ive got a completely different horse! He's come on leaps and bounds and showed me how amazingly talented he is even if he is slightly mentally not there! I've had some nasty accidents with him (been in A&E from a kick to stomach, fallen off and landed on head - air ambulanced off! and been bolted off with after he's spooked!) but despite being a rather large handful (17hh for a 5ft5 16 yr old owner) he is still is a bit much for me, but it's improving with everyday. My lessons with karen dixon have improved us so much, now he's just, well amazing. He's a quirky sod (grumpy as hell to anyone other than me, hates the bridle being taken off, spooky as hell but bold as brass when jumping, he's a nutter when other horses are around i.e. shows! etc) but he really is the horse to match me. I couldn't imagine life without him now... anyway soppy rant over! it's lovely to be back! heres some photies......
