since i have been able to hack out on my own, this morning i got down my yard early got my boy in tacked up and just bit the bullet and went out. it was fantastic we just went for a plod round the roads half way round it started showering but the sun was out so there was a rainbow

i'm sad but i love hacking on my own, nothing better than having time to think about everything with just me and my boy.
 
Me and Zoomy went for a hack on Saturday for the first time in about a year without company. She was a tiny bit spooky but soon got used to it.

I love having alone time with the pones!! Monty and I used to have the most in-depth conversations when he was still up for our 2 hour hacks.

Your so lucky! hacking alone is something i always took for granted with my old horse now i cant i realize how much i actually enjoyed it. I now often feel like my horse is not really mine as i always have to wait for someone to ride with or cant ride if no-one else is.

mcnally i know how that feels as my boy has been out of action for over an year and 1/2, we invested in another horse how won't even go out the gate without company :s

i am so lucky to have him he is a star, now to find a sharer for him
