So no matter how much I want to be positive I'm going to be positively negative, if I write down happy thoughts 3 times a day, will it stop people being twats, like driveing while on the phone, or bikes on the path or litter dropping queue jumping ect ect, or will I just not notice it like people with happy genes, I knew there must be a reason for me being such a miserable bastard, and I thought it was other people winding me up, and all the time it's my own fault, sheeesh
oh yea I got bi polar disorder as well
