It's my first ever show tomorrow!!!

Sorry - am getting a bit post-happy today but...

I'm VERY excited because tomorrow me and the pony are going to our first EVER show. It's just the annual yard show, and we're entering Best Turned Out, Novice Clear Round and the Gymkhana Games.

Any last minute tips? (apart from making sure the gate out of the school is shut, of course

my tips are:
stay away from the vino tonight, even if it is Friday!
make sure to have something for breakfast
have lots of fun!!!

I can remember doing those sort of shows. I always used to get beaten by a two year old on the lead rein! Have fun. The sun should be shining too which is always a bonus.
 
wish i could come and watch, i think you came online and got your boy similar time as i got mine so im keen on your posts, GOOD LUCK and let us know! enjoy participation, rosettes are a bonus.

Keep it simple, no coloured saddle cloths, tie tie tight, wear gloves and smile and enjoy yourself!

At least if the show's at your yard you can't forget anything! Unless you've taken it home of course...... I am a member of the 'I forgot my girth once' school!
