Coloured ISH
4 rising 5 yo

She is very very green, but the sweetest temperament. Brought over from Ireland early December, not done much at all, so a nice blank canvas to work on. But yes, I love her and am so excited about getting going with her

She is huuuge

(SO good to see myself on a horse and actually look small!!) Needs lots of muscle, and condition, but hopefully she won't go upwards anymore

Looking forward to dressing her up in all things pink hahahaha

Katt- She went on horsemart 10.30pm Saturday night, I phoned at 9.00am sunday morning, saw her that afternoon and put a deposit on her that evening!!

cougar- I am loving the fact that she is one of the only horses that my feet don't touch their knees on

She is a huge huge change from Bean, it will be a very steep learning curve

Funny, I first thought of moving on from B about 18 months ago. (She's doing really well in her new loan home too

) My dream horse criteria was 16.2hh, ISH, 4yo, mare, grey or coloured. And look who is coming home with me tomorrow.

I actually cannot stop grinning.

To those who asked- found her on horsemart. Those looking for an eventer type- medbourne grange may have something suitable- tried a couple of lovelies there, not suitable for me but lovely people and horses

Congratulations - she looks very lovely! I got my horse, Belle, in October last year and she too is a 16.2 ISH and rather green! She's 6 and was owned by a novice man (with an AI gf, he just hacked her out I think) for a year after coming over from Ireland. I'm a rusty happy hacker myself so I'm hoping that with plenty of tuition, we'll learn together.

Belle has a very sweet temperament, just like your new girl, and I have already bought the pink high-vis gear to dress her up in! Sounds like our horses are quite similar.

I wish you the best of luck with her (and I wish myself the best of luck with mine too ).
