Its only taken me 6 months - finally managed a piccy!

Anyone else out there totally useless with technology? I have been on this forum for about 6 months and only just worked out how to put a little piccy by my name!!
Now I need to work out how to put more piccies of my boys on!

hehe you're not the only one...apparently you need to get a photobucket account and upload them to there...then you copy the link to your message - I've managed to crawl to this stage after about 9 months but I have no idea how to make them actually 'show' in your post other than by clicking on the link....can anyone more technically literate help us out please????????

ETA you can create albums of photos under your profile by uploading direct from your computer and without using photobucket

You need a photobucket account. Upload the photos on to that, then click on the photo you want to put on here. Copy the IMG code (will appear in a box) and then paste it on here.

As above, just to add that the IMG (image) code is usually the bottom one out of about 4 or 5, just right click on it (and if it then asks you to choose an option, select Copy). Then come to your open half done post and right click your mouse and select Paste

Then scroll down and select preview rather than post so you can check all is ok, then select Post from the bottom of the preview page
