We just got this weeks TV and Satellite delivered - only useful for tonight and Friday night. Next weeks was delivered on Tuesday!

Obviously Royal Mail has a 'stash' of backlogged magazines along with the rest of the undelivered Christmas presents.

I received 23rd Decembers copy yesterday, nothing today. They managed to take my subscription out though, called to complain & they droned on about backlog of mail in the snow, bla bla bla. Sorry but all my other post is arriving, think will cancel subscription & just buy in the petrol station who always seem to manage to get their copies on time!

I was just thinking the same thing when this weeks actually arrived today! got last weeks on Monday and the 30th December on Friday last week. I could understand when we were knee deep in snow but the last couple of weeks there isnt any excuse for! I had the next catalog on the phone today checking that I'd received the new spring/summer. Cant work out whether this is good customer service or they were desperate for trade!
