and March now too!

I don't know where the weeks are going.

Anyway, what are you lovely people up to this weekend?

Finni and I are attempting to have a quiet one. He has bashed his knee

Not lame but a little fat.

If he's ok, we'll go for a lesson at trainer's on Sat and poss. up to Cambs to support/yell at Safina SJ

And, as always there's the leaking truck to work on, although don't fancy climbing up the ladder to the roof if the wind carries on

Aw, poor guy, hopefully he'll be fine by Saturday for you
smile.gif
I'm hunting this Saturday, it's our closing meet, so it'll hopefully be a good day

Towerlands BD for me on Sunday, I think Saturday will be spent trying to get pony back to white from his spotty brown mud colour

And don't even talk about lorries, mine is an absolute tip at the moment. I can never seem to find the time to tidy and clean it. OH stopped mine leaking over Christmas fortunately otherwise I think it would be full of water by now after all the rain we have had recently.

Hoping to do some unaffiliated jumping on Sunday, but the weather forecast says 'extreme weather' so that might not happen, I want Flash to enjoy shows, not associate it with standing around getting cold and wet!

No competing for us this weekend. Bo only started back in work on wednesday so won't be ready to jump again until at least next weekend. Trike will jump again when Bo does

*Might* be coursebuilding for yard show on sunday though...only found out it was on last night lol! Eldest son might compete in that too if his favourite jumping pony is back to health
grin.gif

Im off to Medstead BD-ing with Archie on saturday. Blossy was going to do the elementary, however shes got a deep muscle injury so is off work for a while

Thanks.
It was the front of the luton where it lifts up to allow the cab to tilt, it soaked the mattress in the luton, and the carpet is now peeling off the wall however it has stayed dry since. My old lorry used to leak where the cab met the box if that makes sense - never cured that one.

Neat little 3.5t lorry, belongs to friends of ours but they want to upgrade so I'm getting it cheap. Only drawback is that it says RACEHORSES on the back

I just have a jump lesson on Saturday on Spider.

Then will be hacking out the rest of the weekend and maybe popping a few fences on Mac on Sunday.

Going to look at a horse with some people from my yard on sat - they want it to showjump but apparently it is quite good on the flat too and the girl doesnt do dressage!!
grin.gif
So im going to have a sit on it for her!

Kat B - is the dressage indoor at Caythorpe?

I'm excited because this week I'm taking Ryu and Bails to riding club dressage in Louth. I'm hoping to get on the team this year fingers crossed. Ryu's doing prelim one and will have to maintain canter for a whole 20m cicle, I'm not feeling too confident hes been super stuffy this week but we'll look the part what with my new boots and saddle cloth - ah well its the taking part..........

I dont want her getting ideas, little beast! Hunting has taught her to take a hold- I'm worried my loose ring lozenge snaffle isnt going to hold her for much longer xc
smirk.gif

Yep I can drive it- picking it up Saturday, driving it the 60 odd miles back here and then got first outing Sunday. Very exciting!!!

Friday night, my leaving do from this place, yeah!

Usual Saturday lesson, hoping (if GinaGem doesn’t mind) to jump Gem, Instructor to school Blackie (need him top notch for selling), and getting on Bodey again, probably doing more walking around the school on the lunge (one step at a time for my baby).

Then on Sunday hoping to go and watch Lis jumping at Duckhurst. And be very envious of her gorgeous horse!

Monday, start new job, scary!

That’s it.

Fantasic, its great being mobile and not having to rely on someone else, bet your dads pleased lol
Ooops - your ABS sounds as good as mine HEHEH
