Today is the day

Chance did ligament damage back in February, and hasn't been ridden since September 2020 due to waiting for new saddle.

well after 3 vets, a farrier, a lot of tears, 12 weeks box rest, 2 days paddock rest (his buddies broke him out) and months enjoying the dirty life of living rough

today is finally the day, we are trailing to a local indoor and i will finally get to sit behind though ginger ears once more.

i am leaving work at 4 pm but so far i have managed to print 2 t-shirts upside down, one mild panic attack and sobbed under my desk.

I can tell you how excited but nervous i am for this, by husband doesn't understand bless him (Chief horse transporter he is)

this saddle was ordered December 2019 and has been on island waiting for us since May 2020 so its due a bottom in its seat!

im worried chance will not e happy with me as like may i have eaten and baked more then i should have over the last year

but im also like a child on Christmas morning for this, there is nothing any one can buy or do for me that will ever feel the way i do when i am behind those wooly ginger ears

wish me luck i am sure there is more tears and panic before i leave work, who knows maybe another c*ck up on the printing !

but Merry Christmas everyone i hope you enjoy your horses as much

ps pray i dont go splat!

Lovely just home
He was a complete gent walked lovely the whole way round and loaded first time no issues, still doesn’t stand still at the mounting block but hay it’s something to work on.

I can’t even begin to explain to you how thread I am just to have been sat where happiness starts, once more.

saddle is currently seat belted in on the front seat of my car, it’s his passport name on the back but I think it’s suits us well considering how we fell together
